The artist was paddle boarding on a quiet lake, she lies down horizontal on board to soak in the sunset above. The sun was hitting all the perfect angles on the clouds that evening, outlining every fluff, every curve, every depth. That surreal feeling and image needed to be capture on a canvas, the next day, this painting was born.
